Vision: The Women's Inclusion Network creates opportunities for women and allies to connect, grow, and lead at REI. We celebrate the contributions of women across the co-op, provide pathways for learning and development, foster informed allyship and advocacy, and bring an intersectional perspective to everything we do.
Mission: We envision a co-op where women are celebrated for their contributions, have equitable opportunities to learn, grow, and advance, and experience a strong sense of connection and belonging. Through informed allyship and an intersectional approach, we help build a workplace where barriers are reduced and every employee has the opportunity to thrive.
